Federated Capital Corporation

Mr. Ferris began his illustrious corporate career in sales for several companies including: ADT (American District Telegraph), Elliot Service Co., Leaseco Response and Funding Leasing Corporation. With his sales successes and financial experience and knowledge he created Federated Capital Reserve Corporation in 1974, focusing initially on equipment leasing the company rapidly expanded into portfolio management and serving on the Board of D irectors of other corporations as a trusted advisor. Since then Mr. Ferris has diversified the company into multiple vertical markets creating Federated Financial Corporation (FCC). With a unique ability and sound judgment, Mr. Ferris keeps FCC ahead of current market trends and technological advances, while maintaining a solid and secure organization, running at peak performance. Mr. Ferris’ educational background includes business and finance from Walsh College and Wayne State University.

Mr. Roble has a background in the areas of bankruptcy, collection, construction liens/litigation, contracts, debt workout counseling, general corporate litigation, landlord/tenant and real estate. He graduated from the Detroit College of Law, Cum Laude in 1994 and was the recipient of an American Jurisprudence Award for academic achievement. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan and federal courts and is a member of the Federal Bar Association and State Bar of Michigan. Mr. Roble earned a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies, with a concentration in history and international politics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Between college and law school, Richard was an Infantry Officer with the United States Marine Corps and achieved the rank of Captain. During the Persian Gulf  War in 1990-91, he was the Executive Officer of an Infantry (MEUSOC) Company and was awarded a number of citations.

Mr. Fecher brings over 25 years’ experience in commercial credit, banking and management to Federated. An officer of the company since 1986, Mr. Fecher has held the position of Senior Vice President since 1996. Mr. Fecher primarily manages the credit, operations and funding related to the company’s equipment leasing and financing divisions. He also performs other finance department and treasury management functions for the company. He is highly knowledgeable and experienced in securitization and the issuance of asset-backed securities. Mr. Fecher was employed in positions of increasing commercial credit responsibility for a bank, the credit arms of an insurance company and a securities firm prior to joining Federated. Mr. Fecher holds a B.A. in Economics from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, an M.B.A. from the University of Detroit, and a J.D. from the Detroit College of Law.

Mr. Jarboe is a 10 year veteran of the company. His primary responsibilities are the oversight and management of all accounting functions for the various divisions within Federated. Prior to joining Federated, Mr. Jarboe held positions with Olde Discounte Corporation and Akram G. Namou accounting. Mr. Jarboe is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a financial degree from Wayne State University and an MST from Walsh College.

A 5-year company veteran, Ms. Flees primary responsibilities are managing all of the functions within the portfolio servicing division. This includes collections, legal, and purchasing debt. Ms. Flees joined Federated in 2001 and has held various positions within the company including collection and servicing management. Prior to joining Federated she held positions as an Asset Management Manager of Fleet Capital Leasing and was a small business owner. Ms. Flees has a B.S. from University Of Michigan and as a Paralegal degree from Oakland University.

A 12 year company veteran, Mr. Patterson is the Vice President of Insurance and oversees Federated subsidiary Lease Guard Insurance Agency, Inc. His sterling business career includes ownership of Standard Paint Co, and Ford Paint & Varnish. He has served as director of sales with FCC for two years and holds an insurance licensure in 36 states. Mr. Patterson has degrees from both Ford University and the University of Phoenix

Ms. Ferris is the Director of Information Technology within the Federated family of companies. She also serves as Vice President of Bello Vino Marketplace and corporate liaison for Federated's community service initiatives, which include the University of Michigan Hospital Comprehensive Cancer Center and the proposed commuter rail from Ann Arbor to Howell. She received her Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and came to Federated in 2006 from Ford Motor Company, where she held the position of Research Assistant on Corporate Economics and Strategic Issues.
